Tourism campaign

I've been seeing this new bag around town with a tourism slogan and it is my absolute favorite. There's picture of the world and the text reads, "Africa. You are Welcome. We wish you good luck." 'Cause you're gonna need it! HA! (interpretation of sub-context my own)
